Two Steps for handling the C10 not working after the Scotle ir6000 BGA rework station is started:

Step 1:  Open the bottom repair window of the scotle ir6000 infrared rework station and prepare for a mutilmeter.
In the first round test, one probe contacts 2nd pin of C10,bthe other probe contacts “L” wire of the power supply box.

Step 2: In the second round test, one probe contacts 3rd pin of PC410, the other probe contacts “N” wire of the power supply box.

other probe contacts “N” wire of the power supply box

Conclusion from above two step tests: if both of them are connected (showing 000), that means the C10 is broken and need to be changed . If only one is connected, the other one is disconnected,  the disconnected wire need to be reconnected or to be replaced.
